Beginners Pilates Package - 3 Private sessions

Beginner Pilates Package

$180

To ensure you get the most out of your Pilates journey, all new clients begin with our Beginner Pilates Package. This package offers 3 personalized private sessions, available both in-person and virtually, that lay the foundation for success. You'll learn essential techniques in a one-on-one setting, so you'll feel confident and prepared when transitioning to semi-private sessions. It's the perfect way to build strength and knowledge, whether you prefer to practice at home or in the studio.


Private Pilates - Your Fastest Path to Results!

Achieve your personal fitness and wellness goals faster with individualized attention in a one-on-one session. Whether you're recovering from an injury, building strength, or refining your Pilates practice, private sessions are tailored to meet your specific needs. Consistency leads to results, and we’ll work together to ensure your sessions are safe, effective, and empowering.

Private Session $75 for 1 session or $350 for 5




Semi Private Pilates - Pilates with 1-2 friends

Share the experience with one or two friends or family members! Semi-private sessions are a cost-effective way to enjoy personalized attention while benefiting from the added motivation of working out alongside loved ones. These sessions are customized to accommodate everyone's fitness levels and goals, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all. Must complete the Beginner Pilates Package.

Semi -Private (Per Participant) $55 for 1 session or $250 for 5

Important Note:
To ensure your safety and success, all clients must complete the Beginner Pilates Package before joining semi-private sessions. This personalized introductory program will teach you the fundamentals of Pilates, help you build confidence, and ensure you’re ready to thrive in a shared session setting.

Group Fitness Classes

Run & Hike Strong -11 am Saturdays

Run & Hike Strong: Build Strength for Every Mile

$25 per class

Whether you’re training for your next run or gearing up for a challenging hike, this Pilates class will help you build the strength and stamina you need. Focus on core stability, leg power, and flexibility to improve your stride, tackle steep climbs, and move with ease — all while reducing the risk of injury.

Reserve your spot now and get ready to run, hike, and explore stronger! Minimum of 2 people required for class to run. 


Pilates Mat - Wednesday 4:45pm MST

Experience the flow of classical mat Pilates with a modern twist! This class follows the traditional order of exercises, enhanced with props like bands, balls, and blocks to help you deepen your connection to your body, improve alignment, and build strength with precision. Perfect for those looking to refine their practice and discover new ways to engage muscles effectively. Virtual or in person options!

Mat Class: In Person or Virtual $20 for 1 / $150 for 10

Important note: 

Virtual Classes: Please log in 5 minutes early to ensure your setup is ready, and you're prepared to start on time.


In-Person Classes:

  1. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to secure your spot.
  2. Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow ample time for setup and ensure the class starts smoothly.


Core Cardio Sculpt- Saturday 9:30am MST

A dynamic and engaging workout that blends strength training, cardiovascular exercises, and Pilates principles. The class is designed to build muscular strength, boost endurance, and improve overall body alignment while staying true to the mindful movement and core-focused approach of Pilates.

Cardio Core Sculpt: In Person or Virtual $20 for 1 / $150 for 10
