Semi-Private Pilates - Share the experience with one or two friends or family members! A cost-effective way to enjoy personalized attention while benefiting from the added motivation of working out alongside loved ones. Must complete the Beginner Pilates Package first.

Semi -Private Sessions (Per Participant) $55 / $250 for 5

Important Note:
To ensure your safety and success, all clients must complete the Beginner 5 pack of Pilates Package before joining semi-private sessions. This personalized introductory program will teach you the fundamentals of Pilates, help you build confidence, and ensure you’re ready to thrive in a shared session setting.

We will focus on leg, core and back strength using various pieces of Pilates equipment to improve your agility and endurance so you can stay strong and focused on getting all your runs in.

Pilates Mat - Wednesday 4:45pm MST

Experience the flow of classical mat Pilates with a modern twist! This class follows the traditional order of exercises, enhanced with props like bands, balls, and blocks to help you deepen your connection to your body, improve alignment, and build strength with precision. Perfect for those looking to refine their practice and discover new ways to engage muscles effectively. Virtual or in person options!

Cardio Weights- Saturday 9:30am MST

A dynamic and engaging workout that blends strength training, cardiovascular exercises, and Pilates principles. The class is designed to build muscular strength, boost endurance, and improve overall body alignment while staying true to the mindful movement and core-focused approach of Pilates.

Cardio Weights: In Person or Virtual $20 for 1 / $150 for 10

He designed his method—originally called Contrology—to build strength, flexibility, and control through intentional, precise movement. Using equipment he invented (like the Reformer and Tower),  Joe helped people recover from injuries and reconnect with their bodies by supporting proper alignment and encouraging deep focus. Today, his method continues to help people move better, feel stronger, and live with more ease—and I’m proud to carry on that tradition at Key Life Pilates.
