Join me on a 15 min zoom call- we can meet, I can answer your questions, discuss your goals and together we can discover how I can help you achieve your goals through Pilates.
Each session is catered directly to your needs today as well as to your future goals! Sessions are 55 min. Consistency pays off - We recommend practicing Pilates at least 2 times weekly!
1 time session to try out the Pilates method with a private session. The most expensive option.

Joseph Pilates designed a system of exercises to benefit everyone's physical and mental condition. We follow these exercises closely to create a fun and accessible workout for everyone designed to move your body as well as help you find new connections. All you need is a mat to join in the fun!

We challenge your Pilates form and connections with faster and more open chained activities. We use hand weights, mat and other props you can find at home to create a cardio and strength training workout that is really fun! Great way to start the weekend!
