I'm so glad you are here!

Hi! I'm Kim and I am the owner of Key Life Pilates.

I love helping people—especially women 50 and beyond—stay strong, active, and pain-free, so they can keep doing what they love. 

I design every Pilates session to help you build strength, move with ease, and feel your best—so you can keep doing what matters most. Aches, stiffness, or limited mobility don’t have to hold you back from the life you love—whether that’s playing with your grandkids, hiking Colorado trails, or just living without discomfort.

Here, you’ll find more than just a workout. You’ll find a welcoming space, a sense of community, and support that meets you where you are. I lead with kindness, curiosity, and a genuine commitment to helping you move better and feel more confident in your body.

 At Key Life Pilates, you’ll experience personalized instruction in a private, quiet, and welcoming space—free from the distractions of a busy gym or crowded studio. There’s no judgment, no intimidation, and no fighting for a parking spot—just focused, tailored sessions designed to help you move with confidence and ease. 


  • Fun & Connection: Each session is engaging and tailored to your needs. We laugh, learn, and celebrate progress together in a supportive and encouraging environment.


  • Education: You’ll gain a deeper understanding of your body and how it moves. I guide you in finding proper alignment, core connections, and movement patterns to support your goals both in and out of the studio.


  • Purposeful Movement:  Rooted in the principles of Joseph Pilates, our sessions focus on quality over quantity. Every movement is intentional—designed to help you connect more deeply with your body, improve your posture, and move in a way that feels safe and supported.

Not Just Exercise—A Method to Help You Age Strong and Pain-Free

Pilates was created by Joseph Pilates, who believed that true health comes from the balanced development of body, mind, and spirit. He designed his method—originally called Contrology—to build strength, flexibility, and control through intentional, precise movement. Using equipment he invented (like the Reformer and Tower),  Joe helped people recover from injuries and reconnect with their bodies by supporting proper alignment and encouraging deep focus. Today, his method continues to help people move better, feel stronger, and live with more ease—and I’m proud to carry on that tradition at Key Life Pilates. 

Start with a Conversation, Stay for the Results

Whether you're new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, you'll find options that meet you where you are and support where you want to go. At Key Life Pilates, every session is designed with your unique body and goals in mind.


  • Complimentary Discovery Call -  Let’s start with a conversation. This free call is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about your goals, any challenges you’re facing, and how Pilates can support you. I’ll answer your questions and help you decide what kind of session is the best fit—whether it’s private, group, or something in between. 


  • Private Sessions - One-on-one instruction tailored to your needs. We’ll focus on your specific goals—whether that’s improving strength, mobility, posture, or managing pain—in a calm, fully equipped studio setting.


  • Semi-Private Sessions - Share a session with one other client while still receiving personal attention. A great option if you enjoy a more social setting with individualized guidance.


  • Small Group Classes - Mat Pilates-  a gentle workout that builds strength and flexibility using just your body and a few props.  Core Cardio Sculpt - a class that helps you build strength, increase endurance, and get your heart moving—all at a pace that feels right for you. Both are for all fitness levels and are a fun way to stay motivated and reach your fitness goals with others. 


  • Beginner Package - All new clients begin with a three-session beginner package. This gives us time to assess your movement patterns, introduce you to the equipment, and help you feel confident and ready—whether you continue with private, semi-private, or group sessions.

Flexible Options to Help You Stay Consistent

Whether you prefer moving in person or from home, there are options to fit your schedule and comfort level. You can mix and match private sessions, group classes, and semi-private sessions to keep your routine flexible, fresh, and sustainable—because consistency is what leads to real progress.


  • Virtual Group Classes & Private Sessions
    Join from wherever you are—even when the weather isn’t great or you're traveling. Private sessions can be mat-based with small props, or we can use your equipment if you have it at home. Just hop on a few minutes early to settle in and get ready to move.


  • In-Person Sessions & Classes
    Held in a quiet, welcoming home studio in Highlands Ranch.

Hi, I’m Kim—Your Pilates Ally and Encourager

Hi, I’m Kim, and I know what it’s like to want to stay active and healthy, but feel held back by injuries or lack of proper guidance. For decades, I loved the energy and camaraderie of large group fitness classes. I thrived on the sweat and the shared enthusiasm, but time and time again, I found myself sidelined by injuries. Each time I had to pause and recover, I realized something was missing.


That changed when I discovered Pilates in my 40s. Stepping into a small Pilates class was a revelation. For the first time, I was encouraged to slow down, focus on my movements, and truly connect with my body. Pilates taught me to move with intention, building strength and flexibility in a way that felt sustainable and empowering. The results were transformative—not just in the studio, but in my everyday life. Hiking became easier, skiing became more enjoyable, and even carrying heavy gear felt effortless. I was stronger, more balanced, and more confident.


Inspired by the impact Pilates had on my life, I became a certified Pilates instructor to help others experience the same transformation. I'm passionate about helping women in their prime feel stronger, more confident, and free of pain, so they can fully enjoy what matters most—  whether it’s playing with grandchildren, hiking a mountain, or simply moving through life with ease.

 

In my home studio in Highlands Ranch, CO, I create a welcoming, personalized environment where you’ll feel safe, supported, and empowered. I focus on proper form, thoughtful movement, and fun, ensuring that you’ll stay active and injury-free.
